It’s written and directed by Ritchie, he was arms length from the lock stock spin off. Read an interview with him today and he appears really pleased to have the extra time tv allows and wants to continue so hopefully not ruined…

Exactly this. I'm not sure I can coherently explain what it is that makes me like the film so much, but I'm 100% certain that whatever it is, none of it is on display in that trailer.

I'll still watch it though.

I was around Covent Garden area in London on Tuesday and happened to stumble on the red carpet Premier of this. Looking forward to watching it and I'm pleased Vinny Jones is in it, he's well suited to this type of programme.

I’ve watched the first 2, very good so far. Shame there’s only 8.

It's him from the Inbetweeners movie isn't it? I just can't get past that in anything he does sadly.

I'd been well up for this based on the trailer and having loved the film. Halfway through, though, and it sort of feels like it's ran out of puff (boom boom) already. Just doesn't pop quite as well as on the big screen.

Effectively the same story but over a longer time I believe.

Watched ep1 and really enjoyed it - can’t see it being able to keep that pace all the way through.

Episode 3 has some nice bits for petrol heads

whilst i did enjoy the film, it wasn't truly great, largely due to the amount of story that needed to be resolved. always thought the story itself would have been better as a series.
