I used them last may. Booked through Rentalcars.com. Car was only a Fiat 500, but fine for what I needed as I was just doing a day out whilst staying for the weekend. Hire is based at the Park Inn Hotel near the airport. Had an issue on my return as I was in a rush. Had an email saying I'd caused a scrape on the car that wasn't there when I rented the vehicle and they sent me a "before" and after photo. I replied with a photo of my own showing quite clearly the damage was already there when I started the rental. Got a follow up appologising, say they had mixed up their photos and confirming my card deposit had been returned. Moral of the story, take lots of photos before and after a rental!!

Thanks, I've been reading reviews and they are mostly along the lines of what you have for most vehicles and in the same game as Goldcar.The thing is ive got Excess insurance so i'm not bothered by things going wrong.
That said if they are outside the airport thats a ball ache with a 3 year old, luggage for the week and car seats so will look at something else.
