Lake Como hotel recommendation

Me and OH are planning on flying out to Lake Como in early June this year. The hotel we normally stay at is completely booked out so looking for any recommendations people may have that won't break the bank and ideally fit the following criteria;

-Free parking on site
-Ideally a lake view
-Near a town or location with a selection of restaurants for evening meals/drinks etc.

Hotel Villa Marie - Tremezzo.

The Grand Hotel in Tremezzo is supposedly very nice.

We stayed at a smaller place , still in Tremezzo , but I can’t recall the name of it.

it was around ten years ago now, but had a lovely stay at the Hotel Belvedere in Bellagio.

We had a room with a terrace and lovely views over the lake.. close enough the ducks would walk up the grass and sit with us while we had our coffee in the morning.. though if i remember correctly there was no direct access to the water for guests. Lovely place to be though.

I stayed here, it is a walk into Bellagio, but really liked. Has a great view of the lake and garage car parking.

My only car hotel photo, but after missing the huge hailstone storm that it was relaxing to know my car was ok in their garage.
