A couple of years ago i fitted a mr 12 volt bluetooth unit to my 05 db9, on the whole its an excellent device providing bluetooth audio and phone while using the controls on the head unit and even displaying track info on the oe screen.
One niggle was that although the unit linked first time if you stopped somewhere say for fuel, when you got back in it just refused to link back up.
The unit works by pretending to be the cd changer when it detects a paired bluetooth device or one of the other inputs connected to the mr 12 volt unit.
Theres a 3. 5mm aux jack, micro sd slot and a usb slot.
I reckon the unit didnt detect my phone so didnt go into cdc emulator mode,
i plugged in the aux cable and a formatted but empty usb stick , now its got 2 other inputs which keeps it in emulator mode

Hey presto now every time i go to the car it instantly detects my phone and goes into BT audio.
Button 6 will toggle between aux in/ usb/ BT audio/ cd player modes if needed.
Hope this helps someone whos enjoyment of this brilliant little device was been spoilt by this problem

Ah amazing, I have this issue- I reconnect the phone after filling up but this sounds much better. Do you think it would work with just the usb key or aux (assume you just need a cable plugged into aux for it to be ‘active’), or do you need both?

Hi nick
Not sure, i just plugged aux cable and usb stick as i had them handy and it seems to have solved it.
