Acoustic guitar comparison?
Discussion
I'd strongly advise you try some different guitars out if you haven't already — these things are highly subjective, so anecdotal advice from strangers on the internet is always going to be of limited use.
Having said this, in my experience you can't really go wrong with a Yamaha. And, to be honest, all of the options you've given would be absolutely fine, I'm sure. I'd also look at Epiphone, Alvarez and Faith in the sub-£500 market. Up to £1,000 and lower-end Taylors and Martins enter the picture.
But really, try before you buy. It's the best way.

For busking and open mic I assume you’ll want an electro acoustic. You can find some good guitars for very little outlay these days. Yamaha are well made, have a look at the Fender range too, I have a couple they are good workhorses for the money.
I mainly use a Martin Gpx something or other and sounds great through a PA or an acoustic amp (not a normal guitar amp). It was about 1500 quid a few years ago. Nice neck and action. I had a Taylor before that but didn’t like the plugged in sounds. Each to their own of course.
It’s important to try plugged in as well if that is what you will be mainly using it for. Oh, also when you try them, try to use a capo too that will tell you if the intonation is out and it’s a bit more of a phaff on an acoustic to sort out than an electric with and adjustable bridge. Could reveal a non straight neck.
