Spend a penny to save a fine

Tootling along the M1 in the Cerb on Saturday, spot a Jam sandwich sitting in a layby. Slowed down and passed him. Pulled in a little further up the road to take a leak.

After spending a penny, got back upto cruising speed and after 3-4 miles, found the same copper had pulled a BMW Z3.

I wonder if he'd originally come to catch me up and see what speed I was doing? Not that I've anything against Z3 drivers but, either way, I'm glad it was the BMW driver and not me that got pulled.
