It's almost certainly a Ferrari LMB. The caption says Le Mans 1964, but the problem is the LMBs only raced in 1963. All the GTOs raced at LM in '64 were the series II GTO/64 type, with different bodywork.

If you squint it looks like number 26, which would make it the 250 GTO/LMB driven by Masten Gregory and David Piper in '63.

I suspect the caption is wrong, and it's actually 1963.

You can just about make out the rectangular cover over the rear wheel arch, which would make it either a Ferrari 250 GTO/LMB or a 330 LMB.

It's definitely not an Aston Martin DP214.

Agreed, being '64 i'd bet on it being a 330LMB - lovely cars. Can see the raised aperture over the rear wheel arch indicative of this model:
