Can someone tell me what the concencous is regarding trackers on a Tamora. I called Privelige Insurance today and they verbally told me the car would require one.
Yet when I went on their website, it didn't require a tracker.
Can anyone confirm (please feel free to mail me).
Thats odd! I have a tracker, but when I told Privelige Insurance they said it doesn't make any difference to the premium at all! This was by phone!

You'll find that the privilege website will demand a tracker when car value goes over 40k. try putting higher car value in and you'll see the tracker page come up
I'm with priviledge for my T350c and did it all via the website booking page, they have since made me jump through the far end of a fart in providing acceptable (to them) proof of NCB as they have rejected the previous insurers documentation on a number of occasions. It has taken numerous letters to both previous vendor and priviledge to start to get this sorted and I'm still awaiting latest round of docs as being accepted by priviledge. They dont respond to phone call queries very well and it required written statements to get the previous NCB provider accepted. They refused to contact the previous insurer to clarify NCB which other companies are happy to do as a matter of course.
I suspect they dont want my buisness but are forced into it by the web booking system, and were seeking to cancel on a technicality.
I wont be renewing with them in the future despite the percieved costs savings.... very much a case of you get what you pay for.
