Trying to remember a tv series - british crime

Just watched the remake of sexy beast and I started remembering a series or maybe a film I watched years ago.

It was British actors. They ended up abroad.
They had a reunion in a really nice villa. More pretty than modern style.

It had a pool.

I think they all had history with each other

At one point one or more ended up in a modern white motorboat, a swanky looking one.
I think this ended up just sat in a cove somewhere.

I'm sure they're may have been some heist or something behind it, and they may have started killing each other.

Any ideas?
