Looks nice and in line with more recent 5 series estates. But that sounds really long at 10cm longer than the previous model. Our F11 seems long enough! Also the body looks quite high to house the batteries - BMW have even had to resort to colouring the sills in black like just about every SUV I see. So the PHEV and non-EV versions have to pay the price too with that higher body.

At least it hasn't got an awful grill and looks pretty smart. It still makes me laugh that on the Sky Arts channel on freeview, the music programs sponsored by BMW have an intro showing an I7 but they're scared to show the front of the car with that awful grille!
