Yes pets are family but why start with that massive disadvantage to your childs life...
She's an attractive girl and seems to have her head screwed on so will be fine longterm.
The rich girl is taking caviar with her incase she gets hungry...

I’m not saying it’s the reason, but quite often pets are mentally worth 3x the financial cost….
