In that there London and saw an ad for the stage production of Fawlty Towers.

I'm a great fan of the original which was initially a tad before my time but of course it's often shown.

I also love the theatre and it got me wondering how some of Basils scenes (and even more so The Majors) will be dealt with.

I hope it can remain true to type.

What do others think?

Could be OK. The stage version of only fools worked really well so hopefully with the right script this can also transfer over

It was very much a studio production so a stage version should do well, assuming the writer is on their mettle.
