Good!

The ability to have a different opinion is essential to any functioning society.

I don't think it's ignoring it, I think it's delineating it.

that isn't what this judgement is about, this judgement is about the ability to hold a different opinion and not be excluded for it.

I guess you could say that about religion too.

Of course, but it's important to note that they upheld the party's right to dismiss spokespeople whose views differ from party policy. It was how they did it, not that they did it. It was a procedural issue.

Which is also fair enough.

I've never really understood why people want to be part of clubs whose key fundamental "rules" /"policies" , they don't agree with.

Well technically, he is wrong, in a legal sense.

Interesting that he was awarded £9,100 for ‘injury to feelings’

Thought many on here were against that sort of thing?

Also as with most of these cases all his other claims were dismissed, not sure it’s the ‘win’ it’s being claimed as by the daily mail (there’s a shock)

He crowd funded £80k by the way, as slways the lawyers were the winners

As I understand it though, sex is a biological reality, but gender is now claimed to be a social construct. I don't believe that the latter is true though, as it would seem more accurate to say that gender roles, or learned behahiours, are a social construct.

The difficulty seems to arise when people differ on whether the terms "man" or "woman" refer to one's sexual or gender identity. Most people recognise it in the former sense. In that regard, I don't understand why a man, who doesn't conform to the socially constructed identity of a man, nor the biological identity of woman, can 't simply be a non conformist man, and not a woman. By that I mean that whilst he/she may differ psychologically to other men, he/she just as equally differs bioligically to other women.

I'm not trying to be difficult on this issue, and genuinely don't understand how, why, and what point psychological belief trumps biological reality.
