Anyone in the UK in the Hagerty's Drivers Club?

I enjoy watching Henry Catchpole and his Hagerty videos on YouTube, I want breakdown cover, so thought I'd look into the advertised Hagerty Drivers Club (which has breakdown cover as part of it). But I only seem to get US content on line, and that for classic cars.
Have I misunderstood what this is all about, or am I correct in assuming this is only applicable to the US, and classic cars only?

Do you get 25% of event tickets for the member and their passenger or just the member?

I think you get a code at check out and it is 25% off all tickets .seems to be for Festival.of the Unexceptional.

The Shelsley ticketing is per car.
