Focus knocking noise

Hi if anyone has any idea on this I will appreciate it! Spent a lot over last few months on my car, I now have this knocking noise whilst driving over 10mph I have attached video sounds like it from left front but sounds like it’s all from front…I’ve checked springs and bar links, only thing I could see was anti roll bar has some play in it?

If stationary when turning the wheel left or right there is no noise.

Ok thanks. I did look at the drop link earlier gave it a wobble seemed secure I’m guessing it can still be faulty?

'Wobbling' it wont tell you much. Holding the end of the arb and shaking it vertically up and down will tell you more.

I would be checking for any under engine splash guard screws missing also.

As above that sounds like a drop link.
Best bet is trying hitting the link and see if it makes any odd noise, and also disconnect the link -- then make sure there is no excessive play in the ball joint.

If ARB has play in it then perhaps the bushings on the bar itself
