Do we have a resident probate lawyer? I have a very sticky situation on going that if someone could offer help on would be much appreciated. I'd just like to run the facts at first & then depending on costs take the matter on formally.

Please message if you can help or post contact details as I'd rather not post the ins & outs on a public forum!

Thanks for any help.

You may be better off paying for the insured advice of an ACTAPS solicitor IMO....probably circa £250 I would think but money well invested in the long run.

You'd be surprised what you can learn by posting on a public forum - helps make minds up I find even when sorting the wheat from the chaff This especially given its anonymity...

Sorry to hear about the circumstances OP,

hopefully you'll get varied advice, then consider gaining insured advice to be safe.
