If you mortgaged I would assume the lender will have the details but failing that I think the LR will have names of purchasers at the very least on their records, it only costs a few £ to get online.

The Title Register won't actually show the words 'Joint Tenants' or 'Tenants in Common'

If your property is registered as 'Tenants in Common', then the following restriction will be present on the Title Register.

RESTRICTION: No disposition by a sole proprietor of the registered estate (except a trust corporation) under which capital money arises is to
be registered unless authorised by an order of the court.
