Can anyone help to translate a Russian song, please? It's a Belarusian, folk song as far as I know.

Зачарованная моя - Песняры

So far I understand the song to be called 'My Enchanted', and the version I listened to is by Pesniary.

Can't find a translation at the moment but if it helps a search the words were written by Belarus poet Gennady Nikolaevich Buravkin.

It's on their website:

Extinguish, darken the heights,
Stars flash above the blue.
They leaned against my shoulder
With his golden head.

You hear the wind, you hear the evening,
You can hear the garden whispering softly.
On your thin shoulders
The night is pouring rain.

Chorus:
It's me having dinner with you
I enchant you with mists,
Vasilkov in a whisper
Enchanting, enchanting
I rock you.

And from the hands of the inept, the timid
You won't hide anywhere
The full moon is white with a ripe apple
It will fall on your palm.

You whisper desperate words to me
What I whispered to you yesterday
Evening, enchanted,
Lulled mine.

Doesn't translate so well!

My Polish friend's (fragmented) interpretation sounds a tad better hehe

Automated translation isn't the best for songs or poetry.

Just FYI it's not in Russian either, or at least that version of the lyrics isn't. I'd assume from your OP that's actually Belarusian language. It has non-Russian characters (like the i) and some of the words are different but very similar - in particular there's a few As that would be Os in Russian. That includes in the title - the version in your OP I think is the Russian version.

It's featured on a Late Night Tales compilation by Khruangbin.
