hi, at the moment i'm in the lucky position between choosing a noble and a tvr. The noble is winning on aspects such as great handerling but the tvr is winning on aspects such as usable luggage space, can any owners tell me realistically how much space there really is. Could you go away for a two week holiday with the wife and still be ok? is there room for a suit or dinner jacket? Sorry about the questions but this is a real concern. I saw the luggage packs at this years motorshow but couldn't gauge how much they could contain. any opinions would be greatfully recieved.
thanks.

Luggage space is surprisingly good. You do have to learn to back cleverly though to maximise it. I took 2 suits in the behind the seat carrier without problems. I week away wouldn't be a problem, but 2 weeks might be pushing it a bit. Howvere i know a couple of owners have gone away on holiday with their gf's to southern France and Italy !

Luggage space, it's quite large - bigger than an Elise for example - however getting to it is the problem. Then main area is behind the seats and the seat only sides forward doesn't tilt so if the fitted luggage is too fat (I have the fitted bags and the big ones can fit an awful lot of stuff - about the same as your average suitcase but it will then be too wide so about 20cm depth is max). you will have a job squeezing past the back of the seat and the door frame but once it's in it's got loads of room - I think lot's of small bags are better than a few large ones!
I got in:
enough clothes for 10 days
two sleeping bags
two camping mats
a Tent
two wetsuits
pair of flippers mask and snorkle
A bag full of camera equipment

Now it takes a little while to pack things - not too bad though after you get used to it. We are talking 5 mins as opposed to 30 seconds chucking something in the boot of a larger car.
