MOT pass with just driver and front pasanger seats?

My seven seater is due its MOT soon. At the moment i'm using it to move stuff around so all rear seats are out. They're the "fold down and pull the cord to unlock and remove" types.
I will put them in for MOT day but what are the MOT rules for missing seats?

Nothing. I did it a month ago and not even an advisory. (5 seats removed and sitting in the garage).

I've had a few of my hot hatches MOT done with just the front seats in and nothing has been said.
