I fitted new discs and pads on the rear of my Ix35 a few weeks ago. As you can see the pad is not sweeping fully across the disc, any ideas as to why? opposit side of car disc looks good, pad has made contact fully across the disc.
Maybe you didn't clean the disc carefully enough, or one of the pads is jamming on its rail, or it's a floating piston and the sliders are sticking or worn.
