Readers Motorcycles

Any chance of a "Readers Motorcycle" section along the lines of the "Readers Cars" maybe a sub section of Biker Banter?

There's quite a few long standing members in the section with interesting projects, some already have threads but it would be nice to be able to find them all under one heading.

Agreed, I no longer tinker with cars but I'd happily document the work I do on my bikes.

yeah I'd like that - I've just restored a slightly ropey Monkey bike, fixed my Triumph 900 Scrambler and did a load of mods to it (after I crashed it off roading it) and currently restoring a DR650 RSE..........

after that I have a Honda 400n a Ducati 916 and a Norton 16H to do!

I have a 1984 BMW R100 cafe racer that I built over lockdown, I reckon I've got enough pics to put a thread together.
My other is a 2017 KTM Superduke GT, which is a bit scary to work on compared to the relics I'm used to!

If those in PH Towers do create a new forum for such tales then we can move them across, but don’t let the lack of a specific readers bikes forum stop you discussing your bike(s).

Maybe we need to change Readers' Cars to Readers' Rides? Cars, bikes, boats, planes, buses, tanks... I'm sure we'll see it all!

I have done a full rebuild of my Cagiva Mito’s one with 125 and another converted to 250 tzr engine so I could do a post on those.

The 250 needs the fairings to be painted:
