Had this vehicle drive around the business park all afternoon, any idea what the device on the roof is?
It’s clearly some sort of electronic device, judging by the flashing LED’s

I've seen very similar things before on vehicles for film drones.

Think they double up as a take off/landing pad and a long range antenna etc.

Might be wrong.

This one was astonishingly straightforward. A Google image search of the car reg gave a promotional Twitter post by the company as its first result, showing the same car.
