I see the Guide Dogs Ad on the telly, the one where the blind chap gets his revenge for the chilli sauce in the drink trick in his childhood and somehow they manage to swap the blind/not blind actors over half way through.

Do they do it deliberately or just not check their work or just assume the audience will not see it?

Are there any other ads with similar mistakes in?

Where do you see a swap? I don’t see it?

Not sure about ads but The Bill was a rite of passage and a lot of actors were both the bill and villains often in episodes that weren’t that far apart

In the beginning the one with the glasses is having the help due to poor vision but later in the ad the other character who is now older is the one who is blind.

'Heartbeat' was classic for this, many of the actors appeared throughout different series playing different roles
