I have been doing a bit of reading up on the small print of Collecting Cars, and the company act as an introduction party between the seller and winning bidder. When the buyer wins the auction the introduction fee is deducted from the winners bank account. What happens if the seller then decides not to go through with the sale? The website says no refunds on buyers fees, does this mean the buyer is shafted if this occurs?
