Just taxed my Exige and looking at the paperwork I did less than 2000 miles last year. I don’t know the exact figure my car is on so embarrassingly it could be more like 1500. I am determined to use it more this year. Or sell it if I don’t!

Just got me wondering how many miles do you do roughly?

So

Exige 410 Anniversary less than 2000!

It used to be my car, now it's a toy. I'm the first owner and I've done 60,000 miles in 19 years, but probably only 5000 miles in the last 5 years.

I still love it and its not for sale.

I cover approx 3000 miles per annum in my Exige.........but I also have 2 other cars. I would agree that that it's not a lot of miles ,however , I can honestly say that nearly every mile in my Exige has put a smile on my face. It is a toy ( an expensive one at that ), but I don't care . I worked hard to buy it and love driving it and meeting fellow owners / petrol heads.
So if you are thinking about selling your Lotus ask yourself , what are you going to replace it with which brings that raw experience and a smile to your face .

I sold my 410 20th last year through lack of use……I’m currently looking to buy another Exige. As previous poster stated every mile induced a cat like grin and there is literally nothing else out there. If you don’t need to sell I wouldn’t.

I know of a lovely yellow example that's just come up for sale, a 410 20th edition. It's on the Exige group on Facebook if you fancy a look.

I’ve seen it, lovely looking car but for me it’s way too expensive as a private sale with no warranty. It’s pretty much main dealer money being asked but good luck to the seller.

9.5k the first year and 4.5k last year. They are too good not to use in my opinion!

Have done 23000 over the last 13 years since new, started off with 2 to 3000 a year and slowly for no reason it’s got less and less. 713 between last two MOTs!

Embarrassingly I’ve only done 900 miles in my M100 Elan S2 since the last MoT in June 2023. I bought it in 1999 and it was my daily driver for around 8 years doing 10k a year.I’ve never Sorned it. In recent years it’s been 2-3k miles annually but the last year’s been a poor effort.

Bought mine @ 26800 miles, August 2016. It’s now down 34074 miles, and that included a 950 mile round trip to see the Le-Mans classic one year.

Had the Europa from new for 16 years now, used as a daily drive in the summer some years, but mostly weekend stuff now I have two small children - previous 5 years has been only 1,000 miles - last 12 months was 38 miles... unfortunately.
