Is it still possible to advertise a registration number on PH?

Pretending I wanted to buy one, I clicked on 'Buy' but see only cars and merchandise.

Thanks. But how does one find 'Marketplace' from https://www.pistonheads.com ? It's not under Sell and it's not under Services.

NB I notice a trader has taken over most of the registrations - is that allowed?
