California’s/FF hard reset procedure?

I have a 2013 FF that has suddenly lost its phone connectivity over Bluetooth. The phone button is now not working. I have tried pairing and pairing without success. The unit will not let me disconnect or delete any devices.
Has anyone had this before or know how to reset the module. I have disconnected the battery which did not work either.
I think that I’d now like to reset the system back to factory settings.
I understand that the head unit is shared with the California, but that the unit is made by Chrysler!
Any ideas please?
