Belgium Grand Prix - anybody booked through here before?

Afternoon all.
I'm thinking of going to the Belgium Grand Prix this year as a treat for me and my boys. Has anybody been before and booked through this website before: https://www.spagrandprix.com/en/
I'd be looking to camp - they advertise temporary campsites, as well as entry tickets.
I'm a little wary of booking things this way (emailed tickets that you print off and the like) being an old fart, so any advise or pros/cons for this company welcome.
