Hi all,

just fitted a full set on Mintex 1144 pads from eliseparts. Hardly bed in yet but I can tell these pads are going to be very good. Just so grippy even from cold. Buy them !! My 160 has the drilled discs as standard so this may help.

i have them too - excellent. They can squeak when they're cold, but if you give them a really good roasting then that keeps them quiet for a good few days.

Yup, they're a good budget pad, but you get a LOT of brake dust off them

agreed - if you are on a budget then id go for (in order)

EBC green
Mintex
SBS
Pagid

as with anything, you generally get what you pay for...but for road use only then EBC or Mintex are fine...mixed then SBS and at the top end for track use the nothing other than Pagids

Always run 1144's - as Bogie says lots of trackdays Pagids are the best option.
