Is someone using my address? Can I find out?

Ok, I know someone is, and it’s in hand.
But, is it possible to find out if, as I’ve had before, someone is using my address in rural Suffolk to get cheaper car insurance? With most stuff done online, it seems to be a fairly easy bit of fraud.
Ive had that. I opened the letters and wrote back to each insurer advising that individual wasn't and had never been resident at my address. Experian or similar should show associated addresses and sometimes associated parties, (if you have the full service) CIFAS may also be an option too.
Thanks. I might check those. I think it’s something that should be considered by the government maybe within the Gateway service.
I had someone applying for insurance at my address, interestingly it was flagged to fraud team by the time I rang the insurance co as they'd also applied for monthly payment plan in their name and it didnt tally with the address.
The lady on the help desk said it was becoming increasingly common as people sought to avoid the ridiculous premiums (premia?) in urban areas.
A simple win would be for insurance cos to write to the address in question to confirm the insurance details, much as lenders have to with credit applications.
