EPAS causing pull?

Hi folks, I am being driven to mild insanity by a BMW (FWD) which pulls to the right. Geometry has been checked and double checked, tyres swapped around, brakes aren't binding and yet the problem persists.

It is worse at speed and is the same whether under load or on the overrun. Bushes are all good.

I'm left scratching my head and wondered whether an EPAS issue, sensor or something could cause the issue?

Check tyre pressure/type/condition/orientation, cornerweights.

Have you tried swopping front right to left, and visa versa?

(If you have directional tyres on, I would still swop them, test it, then swop them back)

As above it is either tyres or something bent/worn/not fitted right on the suspension.

Don't forget it doesn't have to be on the front.

I've checked bushes, arms, moved tyres around and had the tracking checked now 4 times.

Could it be steering sensor or in need of recalibration?

As above, you still haven't confirmed that the tyre pressure are correct.

They are, checked and system recalibrated, which reflects the pressure actually applied.
