Tiny bit of debris in tyre

Just thought I'd ask. When checking my tyres earlier as I do every week, saw a tiny piece of either stone or glass wedged into the tyre ( it has been there for at least a week, and there is no air loss in the tyre at all )
I have come across these before and usually pry them out but this one seems difficult.

Is this an issue or not ? Tyres are PS5s with 4mm tread left on them ( I replace my tyres at about 3.5mm )

Worth getting it out because it will only work its way in deeper. 'Back in the day', deflinting tyres used to be a regular weekend chore.

Usually regarded as not safety critical as long as the cut has not exposed any cords.
