Help re phone prep

Hi folks, my wife recently got a 981 with phone prep. All works ok except when a text is received . The Aux music doesnt work afterwards and the car still thinks its on a call/text (external dialogue)

Ive had a a similar issue on my full PCM 992.1 but is seems to have gone away for me

Googles this but cant find anything

You might need to go into the Notifications app > Messages > Announce Notifications > Off

Siri is active after reading a message so it is possible that it is waiting for a voice prompt before resuming music
