DOS Sesh in XP
Discussion
Please be gentle with me.
I suppose you could say my level of competence is "knows enough to be dangerous", but not much higher.
I have a game that I used love playing, Command & Conquer. Feeling nostalgic I would like to install and run it on my 2 year old Tosh laptop.
The copy I have used to run fine in Windows 95 (and 98 IIRC).
So, is it relatively simple to open and maintain a DOS session in XP SP2 so I can install and run this game?
TIA
PS. I did try the standard Start, Run, cmd, but that didn't work cos I assume it's not a true "DOS prompt window/session".
