New tyres, not tracked, won't replace them

I don't think I'm being unreasonable here.
Bought tyres online from company A along with tracking.
Booked car in with company A who then used company B to do the work.
Old man dropped car off last week, tyres fitted, no print out for tracking.
I get home, drive car for weekend and it pulls to the left considerably, even steering wheel also off centre, having to drive whilst adding a bit of right hand to go straight.
Back in Monday morning, ask for tracking report, not available, sheepish looks, book it straight back in for today, I'm away again, old man drops it off, they have rung him said it's already, tracking was out, great.
So I have requested new front tyres, 500 miles of scrubbing, heavy car and expensive tyres, they won't fit new ones as their manager suggests there's nothing wrong with them, but having been a poor Teenager at one point, I know how quickly you can kill tyres with poor tracking.
Am I being unreasonable for asking for new tyres? They're not cheap (to me) and I don't want to get 6k miles down the road with tyres that are scrubbed out on the edges and need replacing due to them not tracking the car, which I paid for when I bought the tyres.

They in all probability will have only adjusted the front toe. Front toe being wrong will not cause the front tyres to wear differently from one another. It could cause uneven tyre wear on both tyres which would be similar on both sides (outside wear or inside wear). 500 miles though? To cause any appreciable wear it would’ve had to have been massively out. Think a degree total toe or something- and it wasn’t.
You’re being petty IMO. They gaffed up the toe. They rectified it second try.
Also, on most cars the toe being wrong can’t cause the steering to ‘pull’. What happens is, the toe is out in an uneven way one side to the other, you compensate for it at the steering wheel in order to go in a straight line. The toe across the front tyres is then equal in that condition. It’s still wrong, but that’s different from what a ‘pull’ is.

If you look at the outside edge of the tyre, the wear "marks" are different, not by much but they are different, seems little but I have done 500 miles so for that little driving it's enough of an indicator for me.
