I can't see that this yet has a topic. What do the collective think? I think it looks superb, an XC40 competitor for £12k cheaper. What's not to like? (awaits 'it's a Vauxhall, must be crap' bilge)

Looks like a miniature discco 5 without the hideous rear door.

The old one is potentially the worst car I've ever driven.

Well yeah, I gather they were rather crap. Completely unrelated to this though, of course.

The old one was an Isuzu in drag IIRC.

I’ve had loads of Vauxhalls over the years , so no issue with Vauxhall but it just looks like everything else , I guess that’s the way things have gone .
Though strangely I do like the shape / look of the grand land x

It's the Vauxhall/Opel version of the new Citroën C3 Aircross.

Came across a first drive vid posted earlier

Not the best reviewer in the world but seems like a decent enough EV for the price.

My first though was sort of Kia Soul shaped. The C pillar is laughable though. Looks over a foot thick with a tiny rear quarterlight (the same quarterlight that looks much larger from the outside!). One section of rough road make it sound like it has a suspension knock. Looks like a decent enough 2+2 family hack.
