Watkins Glen track day with car hire

Bit of a long shot on here but a friend of mine lives in the states. We were talking about doing a track day at the Glen. We would need to hire a car. I've seen a list of potential companies here...

But I thought I should ask if anyone has done it or knows about where best to go to for this? Wouldn't want anything too powerful, perhaps an mx5 with the option of a bit of tuition for say half an hour?
