Bit of help needed please

Moved into new place. My Sony TV is telling me “ethernet is not connected”.

It’s a few years old but decent, model KD-49XD8077.

It sits next to the router and I have connected the two by an Ethernet cable. I set up it with the router pw and signal is very good.

When I delve into the Network menu it shows me network as “Connected, no Internet”

Why is internet missing ?

Do you have anything else connected via ethernet to the router?

Yes my Sonos soundbar and an Android box

Both work fine, and the cable is fine

TV gives options for Proxy settings and zip settings but not sure what these should be set to.

The TV tells me the Wired LAN is connected but none of the apps work

Is there a fault diagnosis or connection wizard? Try turning everything off at the mains and go through the connection setup again.

Hi.

We're getting the same issue on our Sony TV, Disney+, YT, Netflix etc. won't connect. It was working fine last night. TV is a KD-75XF9005.

We are with Virgin Media and the TV is connected to the router with an ethernet cable.
