7548 movement

My 1979 dive watch, owned around 35 years, has damage to the coil and corrosion from a battery leak so I've been advised to get a new movement to install rather than repair. Open to alternatives or specialist repairers, previously used Northern Diver.

The case has some battle scars which mean something to me.

So i might need a 7548 donor, where is the best place to go for this? My current movement is dual English/French day display.
