Skull on the A1

Last Friday I was travelling up the A1 near Stamford in slow moving traffic and I casually looked to my right to see a human skull that had been positioned on top of the central reservation barrier. Even more peculiar it had sunglasses on. Has anyone else seen this or was I just very tired?
