Chimaera horn and passenger side fan not working

My passenger side engine fan isn’t turning on and my horn won’t sound. I’m trying to diagnose thr problem…Does anyone know which fan fuse is for the passenger side fan/ which fuse is for the drivers side fan ?

My owners manual suggests fuse 3 is for engine fan 1 and horn. I’ve checked this fuse and it’s ok. The owners manual goes on to say fuse 19 is for engine fan 2. fuse seems ok.

Any thoughts and suggestions would be welcome

Don’t worry all resolved, as it happens I can’t count to 19 so previously checked thr wrong fuse.
For those interested in a 2000 Chim fuse 3 is on the drivers side fan circuit, fuse 19 the passenger side fan and horn…..seems the handbook was wrong!?!?
