Hi all,

We are driving down to South of France at the end of June. My son would love to go to Monaco to see the cars. In order to make it the best day for him, are there ‘gooddays’ to see the best cars and days to avoid?

Thanks

I was in Monaco 2 weeks ago (on a Friday mainly) and everywhere you looked as you wandered around there were exotica. The square in front of the casino had the biggest concentration obviously.

Not exotic, but I was surprised by how many original Mini's were knocking about.

Mrs Loto is going to the Monaco Classic GP in May with her lady friends - I'm gutted, she's not even that much into classic GP cars!

I'll be at home looking after the pooches, major brownie points banked though;)

Probably because Monaco is absolutely perfect for a tiny agile lightweight car, and it's full of racing drivers who appreciate how perfect the original mini is/was in small tight winding roads.

The square is the best place but the Fairmount hotel around the corner was very well stocked. I went there and there were 2 x Veyrons and a Pagani Zonda in the car park out front.
