Since it is St George's day, I am sat here at work wearing my Church Lads Brigade uniform, complete with hat, let those that want to stare, stare, it's something that should be revived. Nope, not sure on how to upload a pic.

I hadn't realised it was St George's Day. It's a bit of a shame we don't do more to celebrate it.

Today I am jerking from home

Tracksuit bottoms & a polo shirt for teams calls.

Tomorrow is a client visit - 3 piece suit (with tie) required for that.

I'd never be seen dead outside the door in tracksuit bottoms.

But I definitely do wear them around the house. Bloody comfortable.

Currently in a pair of running shorts, I'll go for a run over lunch and am clock watching. I'd be away already but have a conference call to do first.

I can be a bit of a brand snob but nothing wrong with Lidl and Asda. I'm more Lululemon and yes that makes me open to ridicule.

As an Irish man (a real one, a real arrogant one) I don't celebrate Paddy's day and can be quite condescending at those who do but if someone wants to celebrate St George's I'd be a total hypocrite to criticise. Knock yourself out. I had to look up church lads brigade. I hope my mental image is correct.

I re- read the post and realised I missed out a vital part of information. The wearing of uniform was because it was St George's day, all schools in South Manchester did I I think, how about where you are? I wonder if it's still happening?
