Just brought a '99 S1. Can i put 225 tyres on my standard wheels?? Any safety advantage to doing this??
I need a car cover as i dont have a garage. Is there much difference between halfords car covers and a fitted job that costs loads more??
Wheres the best place to find some nice elise mats??

A quick check on www.hangar111.com shows they stock Lotus Sport mats, probably do the standards ones as well. If you have rubber mats, peel them back to check if the footwell's corroded - it's a recall item and if they are you'll get a repair and new mats (plain ones) free.

Hangar111 have an open weekend next weekend (24/25) at their new premises.

As for covers an elemental shower cap is reckoned to be the best - covers the windscreen as well so will protect from leaks and frost. Plus this can be used instead of the roof on nice days where you're unlikely to get rained on much whilst driving.
