Just after the name/model of these bikes, please and thank you. And if anyone knows of rough worth? Not sure if running.

From that partial photo, I’d say a Fat Boy or Heritage softtail with the Evo engine?

Is the Yamaha is modded? I can't place it, it looks like a modded TW200 maybe

Sorry, my first post was in a bit of a rush, couple more photos below. They now belong to a friend of a friend who inherited them through a loss in the family. They knew I had a bike so asked my opinion on where to sell, how much, etc. I don't really have a clue to be honest. I'd assume they aren't running, or at least not fully roadworthy, but apparently come with loads of parts.

I actually quite like the Yamaha but I've just bought a new push bike so can't justify it (or can I?).

Put the registration number into the online mot history site and it will tell you the model and year.

After that, ebay completed items is your friend.

The Harley is a Twin-Cam Fat Boy (FLSTF).

I'd say the Yamaha is a special based around their 400-500cc single cylinder engine which went in everything from off roaders to cafe racers. The side panels say Torque Induction but I think that's a two-stroke thing?

Nice looking bike in the Bike Shed theme and appears to be well done smile

Harley motor is a 'Twin Cam' (not an 'Evo').
I don't think the Yam is as big as 500, the SR/XT engines you refer to had a window on the end of the cam housing to determine tdc, and were a lot taller & chunkier.

Twin spark single could be anything from 175-300cc and the fact its heavily modified, I think you'll need a chassis/engine number to find anything out.

And has an electric starter ! As janluke says looks like a tw200 , drum brakes, monoshock , electric start , balloon tyres .

Very much this - it'll be a twin cam FLSTF so anywhere from late 1999 to early 2017 for UK registration. Anything before 2007 will be a five speed gearbox, 2007 onwards will be six speed.

Years to avoid:
- 2007 was absolute dog-turd for front end and alignment problems, gearbox problems, no hydraulic tensioner, and constant faults.
- 2000 is an AWFUL year for LOADS of single-year specific parts: Stator, Rotor and Clutch Basket are all unique to this year and therefore bloody expensive to replace. (a few 2000 produced bikes snuck into early 2001 registrations in the UK)

Ideally anything 2012 onwards is going to hold its value fairly well although the partial strip down is going to knock value down a fair bit as Harley parts get expensive quickly - plus it really depends on quite what is missing other than air filter assembly, dash mount, instruments etc. On that note value is difficult to assess given so many unknowns and only two partial photos; but if its a pre 2012 in partial strip down you'll be lucky to get anything over £5K since you can pick up full running condition ones for £7500 at the moment. Post 2012, again, depending on what is missing, condition, mileage and year, you may be closer to £8K.

Cheers! I've had plenty of help from this place previously so nice to be able to give back with the odd bit of insight where I can... just don't ask me anything about sportsbikes as I haven't got a clue there! smile

@OP - if you can get some clearer pictures of the whole thing/ areas missing parts I can probably help a little more. If you've got the registration that would also help pin down if you've potentially got a troubled year on your hands.
