E Class AMG 6.3 Engine Issues

Hi,

Does anyone know a good engine builder for a E class AMG 20210 6.3, I believe it needs rebuilding or a replacement engine in the Northwest area if possable.

I am not the owner and its on there behalf, thanks in advance,
