On the 9am cross this Friday - not done this route before

What is the best time to arrive at Harwich, I was thinking 7am - but is that a little late??

What's the ship like? I have the premium lounge reserved as I need to do a bit of work on the crossing and it has tea, coffee etc included.

Any other good tips??
thanks

I did the night sailing a few weeks ago.

23:00 departure and I arrived at the port at 21:10, into the short check in queue which took about 20 minutes.

Customs/immigration had a quick look to make sure I didn't have anyone in the frunk and then a 30 minute wait before boarding. There's a building with basic Duty Free and toilets etc.

Onto the ship and I was aseep in my cabin by 22:20.

The ship felt modern and comfortable compared to the older boats across the short channel routes and down to Santander.
