Lions mane, the best supplement… IN THE WORLD
Discussion
Apologies, il get my coat but never did I think I’d be asking a question about mushroom powder after learning about it from Clarkson and his escapades.
I’m a chronic procrastinator at times, and I’ve seen this thrown around by the usual “influencers” where I rapidly dismiss. I don’t necessarily think that Clarkson or his mrs are any less capable of nonsense but thought I’d open the floor.
Anyone on here take it? According to JC Mrs. She has a teaspoon in her morning tea and she is then laser focussed.
Thoughts? If so then does anyone have a reputable source? There are a billion sellers on Amazon and I guess like any drug the quality will vary depending on loads of things.
Does anyone feel more POWER……
Coat, on, leaving….

Thanks, where do you get it from? I’d rather buy as a recommendation than end up with some random chemical.
As you know,a lot of junk out there ,I love the quality of Time Health products https://timehealth.co.uk/lions-mane/?gad_source=1&...
I take these https://www.aliness.co.uk/products/lions-mane-extr...
For the last 2 weeks or so.
Didn't notice much difference apart from sleep - my Garmin says my HRV jumped up by 10%.
I'll take that.

got to be british supplements for me, no bs marketing and a good product
edit: sorry chaps misread the OP, I think this stuff is golden to be honest, even if it is a placebo I've been going about my day to day with much more focus

I take this stuff
https://spacegoods.com/products/rainbow-dust
It seems to do something to help with my focus, but I don't need it every day - just as and when.
I absolutely hate the website and the subscription service they seem to tie you into, but you can buy it elsewhere too. I get mine from Holland and Barratt. Oh and it's expensive.
I'm sure there are better alternatives

You registered to comment on this alone? I feel flattered. What supplements do you use then to keep it British? Clarkson’s stuff is grown and shipped in the UK..

Thanks. I’ve ordered some from there.
I’ll let you know when I’ve read every book ever written in half a day or less.
Six months and no update doesn’t sound like laser sharp concentration, or are you still just a few books short of memorising the entire sum of human knowledge?I’ll let you know when I’ve read every book ever written in half a day or less.
Seriously though, did you notice any difference?

Not Lions mane, but kind of in the same group, but I've been microdosing (.2g/EOD) of Golden Teacher for a while now - dabbled with other MD products for years.
The effects are definitely noticeable. Increased baseline mood, I feel cheerier and more passive, work ethic has improved and my overall energy is better.
The stigma means its not for everyone, but it is remarkable what a little bit of Fungi can do for you, in all shapes and sizes.
There is a gentleman named Paul Stamets who is a plethora of knowledge on everything mushroom. I believe one of his TedTalks is on Lions Mane amongst other things. He is definitely worth reading into!
