Henry VIII.

A woman had him as her specialist subject a few months ago, and Dad was rather impressed when I got half her questions right.

Question 1) On which day of the week was Julius Caesar assassinated?

No pressure.

Well, given that each contestant has 2 minutes
on their specialist subject, you should have
roughly 90 seconds spare...or so rumour has it.

Were most of the answers "beheaded"?

Very close.

Divorced, Beheaded, Died, Divorced, beheaded, Survived.

Actually Anne was originally going to be burnt at the stake (no, not AS a steak. I thought I'd get in first there ) due to the fact she was trialed for witchcraft against the monarch, but Henry relented and allowed a fairly private beheading within the Tower walls. She was executed by a swordsman from her beloved France, not by axe. A bit of a final insult from old Henry there.

1.30am, 4 hours broken sleep the night before, and I'm quoting history. Yep, I'm a nerd.

Honestly (not questioning the veracity, just asking...) I thought she was "allowed" a swordsman as axes were;

a) approximate
b) rarely done in "one foul swoop" as it were.

Not as an insult!

honest question!

IIRC anne boleyn (sp?) had 3 breasts, and was part of the reasons how henry got her done as a witch.
